After over 7 years of providing mental health support to young people and their families, I continue to be inspired by the strength and resiliency of those who trust me with their stories. Difficult circumstances, relationship challenges, life changes, anxious thoughts and isolation can be overwhelming, and can get in the way of living our best life and becoming the best version of ourselves; You are not alone. I am dedicated to walking along side you in your journey to healing and self exploration; to “braving the wilderness” with you when things are hard, and celebrating your wins and your growth.

My warm, genuine energy creates a safe place to share your story. I incorporate an anti-oppressive, rights-based, strengths-based approach to my practice, and highly value belonging and connection. With significant experience supporting student mental health in post-secondary and K-12 education systems, I have a particular interest in supporting young people and their families where anxiety, low mood, and stress are impacting school success.

My clinical approach is eclectic; I use aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and solution focused therapy. I have further training in suicide and self harm assessment and intervention, adolescent attachment, disordered eating, grief and loss, and supporting gender creative and transgender children and youth.
